Small Holder Farmers

We have made deliberate effort to involve the smallholder farmers, who are our principal suppliers of raw materials through the following activities:

• Working with local seedlings producers to issue farmers with fruits seedlings.
• Training and monitoring of plants through site visits and training sessions.
• Provision of ready market for the fruits once the fruits are mature
• Post-harvest management through procurement of fruits during bumper harvest to avoid food losses.
• Provision of competitive prices and timely payment for all fruits procured from farmers.
• Working with village agents to ensure continuous dissemination of information to farmers as well as getting feedback on farmers' concerns.
• Setting of fruits aggregation centers near farmers to ensure all fruits are collected effectively and on a timely manner.
